We have seen many of our friends , classmates and also many Bright students who were forced to leave studies due to their the financial incompetence. The domain name, Website and the Apps are owned, registered and operated by Glovation Private Limited, a private company incorporated under the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at Pragati Pally, hospital road, near holy child high school , silchar, 788005, Assam, India, (hereinafter referred to as “Bright EduTech” or “ us” or “we” or “our” or “Company”).
In your use of the Bright Platform, you will at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Bright EduTech reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Bright Platform at any time with or without notice at its sole discretion. You agree not to provide or share your login credentials to anyone else other than yourself. Further you are not allowed to log in through different devices more than two times, if any such activity is identified your account will be suspended without any refund.
Welcome to the terms of use for Bright - Subscription. These terms are between you and Glovation Private Limited. Please read these terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and all other rules and policies made available or published on Bright EduTech platform or mobile application including, but not limited to, any rules or usage provisions specified on any page or on any help or other informational page on Bright EduTech website or mobile application, collectively, this "Agreement". For undertaking the services of the bright EduTech platform the subscribers will have to make payment as per their respective subscribed classes. Only after the payment process is completed the subscribers will be able to access to their respective classes and use the services. Once the subscription process is completed a confirmation mail will be send to the subscriber by the company’s mail id as a confirmation.
The subscription plans for respective classes is set at a minimal level from Rs.499-Rs.999, so that everyone can get access to it. Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
After the registration process is completed, the user will get a confirmation mail from the company’s mail id i.e., support@brightEduTech.com
